CAGRIB is an Agribusiness platform (SAAS) that solves the challenge farmers have when it comes to;
  • Selling all their products to the public thereby limiting pre-harvest losses,
  • Acquiring funds to improve their productivity as required by the Local and Global market,
  • Connect with other Agribusiness actors across the Agricultural value chain for the purpose of enhance business opportunities,
  • To get adequate information and proper knowledge that will help them improve their techniques of farming and become effective and efficient.

CAGRIB has 2 panels and allows 3 types of users such as Members, Cooperatives or Partners and Admins.

  1. Level 1 panel : is for the public, Members, Cooperatives and Partners.
  2. Level 2 panel: is for service support, administrators, Decision makers and Executives of the organization.

All products on our platform are sold by our producers who are either registered as cooperatives or partners. To Register as a seller on this platform, Go to any nearest credit union under the CamCCUL Network for more dirrectives.

CamCCUL Agribusiness World is a platform for farmers across the value chain powered by the CamCCUL Network to Connect its Farmers across the globe.

You can Buy As a registered member of the platform or as a cooperative or partner buying from another cooperative or partner (B2B).

  1. As a member:

    Login as a member and then follow these steps;

    Step 1: Click on the button labeled Buy Here and choose the category of product/service you wish to buy. The Category;

    • Input Suppliers: Manure, Fertilizers, insecticides, and other farm inputs.
    • Grower plants: Seeds and nurseries of crops.
    • Grower Animals: Young ones to be reared such as Animals, fishes, birds, etc.
    • Ready Crops: Eatable items from the farm such as Maize, Beans, Vegetables, etc.
    • Ready Animals: Eatable or usable Animals like pigs, table birds, layers, goats, fishes, etc.
    • Processed: Branded products made from our farm produce such as Smoked Fish, Dry meat, flour based products, etc.
    • Machineries: machines and tools necessary to farm such as hoes, cutlasses, tractors, grinding machines, drying machines, etc.
    • Human resources: Experts you can hire to help you in your business or venture like Engineers, analyst, project managers, Accountants, skilled workers, etc.

  2. Step 2:Ones the category is chosen, a sub category will appear depend on the type of product or service you want.

    Step 3:Click on the Sub category and then chose the species of the product you want to buy by clicking on the Buy Button.

    Step 4: Select the quantity, number of Items in Kg, Tons, Baskets, Bags, etc. and click on Add to Card.

    Step 5: Click on View Card and Place Order or Cancel Order.

    Step 6: Enter your Order Details, Select payment method, and click Confirm Order or Cancel Order. Your Order receipt will appear.

    Step 7: Validate payment by using your order Id and pay the Total Amount through the chosen payment method. A receipt of payment will Appear to indicate that your order has been received in the system.

    Step 8: Wait for Admins to treat your order. The order status will be shown on the See Transaction status button on your profile page. Ones the transaction status shows Ready to collect, go to your chosen Delivery zone and collect your product.

    The delay of transaction between the time Order Pending and Order Delivered at Delivery zone is between 1 day and 1week max depending on the nature of the products you ordered.

  3. As a Cooperative or Partner:

    Go to Cooperative/Partners and select your Cooperative or Business. Click on Go Admin and Login with your Cooperative or Partner Account credentials and then follow these steps; there are 2 methods to buy a product on CAGRIB.

      Method 1:

      Step 1: Click on the button labeled Buy Here and choose the category of product/service you wish to buy. The Category;

On CAGRIB, collateral security to guaranty Loan must meet one of the four conditions listed below;

  1. First Condition:
    • Must have Sold products for at least 1million FCFA.
    • Must be in possession of a signed contract for supply of products between you and a legal Cooperatives or Organization.
    • Must have been actively present in the system for a period of 5 months minimum.
    • Must have updated the shares in your credit union by ¾.
  2. Second Condition:
    • Must have Bought products for at least 1million FCFA.
    • Must have a signed contract for Purchase of products between you and a legal Cooperatives or Organization.
    • Must have been actively present in the system for a period of 5 months minimum.
    • Must have updated the shares in your credit union by ¾.
  3. Third Condition:
    • Must have been actively present in the system for a period of 5 months minimum.
    • Must have signed a sales agreement with your credit union, be in possession of a land title, certificate of ownership or present a Standing order if you are a salary earner.
    • Must have updated the shares in your credit union by ¾.
  4. Forth Condition:
    • Must have been actively present in the system for a period of 5 months minimum.
    • Must have money in the saving account that’s worth 1/3rd of the amount requested.
    • Must have updated the shares in your credit union by ¾.

To request a loan, start by logging in as Cooperative or Partner through the button Go Admin in your profile, then follow these steps;

  • Step 1: Click on the button labeled Loan.
  • Step 2: Click on the button labeled Ask for Loan.
  • Step 3: Enter the Details as required in the form. Don’t forget to submit the required files needed for processing your Loan like Signatory form or Contract in case you chose the 1st or 2nd condition, copy of Land Title for 3rd Condition, copy of Last minute, Tax card, Location plan, etc.
  • Step 4: Carefully read the Loan policy, if you are ok with it, then check read and Approved.
  • Step 5: Click the Submit button.
  • Step 6: The Admins will process your Loan request together with your Loan Manager and regularly get back to you to ask for details that’ll help them Grant or Reject the Loan request.
  • Step 7: Ones you get the Loan as required, Make sure you do what the Loan was intended for.

N:B: Everything should be done in conformation to CamCCUL's policies of Agribusiness Financing and Contract Financing through Lending.

A Pre-order is an order placed in advance(it could be many months or years) before the product or service is delivered to the Client. This is often done by people, businesses and industries that need constant supply of these products in their day to day transactions and for fear of eventual lack or shortages(in the months or years ahead) decide to reserve in advance.

Pre-order is a service that can only be benefited by members who are registered as Cooperatives or Partners.

In case you have a MOU or Contract with a particular cooperative, follow these steps place a pre-order. But before you do, login as through the button Go Admin in your profile.

  • Step 1: Go to the list of Cooperatives and choose the cooperative you are in partnership with.
  • Step 2: Click on Button labeled View Our Products and then click the Button Preorder ones you fine your product.
  • Step 3: Fill in the form on the dialogue box and click submit.
  • Step 4: Click on View Pre-order Card and Place Order or Cancel Order.
  • Step 5: use the preorder Id on the preorder receipt to do your payment either by Bank transfer or Mobile payment methods.
  • Step 6: The Admins will process order until you receive your order on the stipulated date.

N:B. The product's delivery date will vary depending on the type of products and the claws on your contract or MOU.

Only admins, Cooperatives and Business organizations can upload a video on the platform. Here are the steps taken to upload a video;

  • Step 1: In your profile, click on the button Upload Video.
  • Step 2: Enter the video title, insert the video file, thumbnail and brief description of the video.
  • Step 3: click on Send.

The “Our Blog” menu allows the user to view all news items or Blogs that are uploaded by Admins, Cooperatives and business organization. These Blogs are brief and not more than 500words.

They are either Agriculture based oriented, economics and Financial Education, Breaking News or just Advertisements. You can always comment on the Blogs to share your own thought and appreciations.

Only admins, Cooperatives and Business organizations can upload a video to the platform. Here are the steps taken to upload a Blogs;

  • Step 1: In your profile, click on the button Upload Blog.
  • Step 2: Enter the title, insert the text file, enter the name of the artist that own the picture, enter the full Article.
  • Step 3: Click button on Submit Article.

Only admins, Cooperatives and Business organizations can upload a video to the platform. Here are the steps taken to upload a announcements;

  • Step 1: In your profile, click on the button Upload Announcements.
  • Step 2: Enter the caption, Author’s name, insert the text file, select category of Announcement.
  • Step 3: click on Published

N:B. All News Announcements should be signed by either president, Director, Manager or any head before being published on the platform by PRO or Admin.
